In addition to the preparation of Master Development and Management Plans and Site Plans, we provide Development Evaluation Reports, Land Needs Analysis, and Feasibility Studies, and Business Plans. Our full range of services includes development of cost effective marketing programs to enhance bottom line revenues.

Our commissions include investigative assessments of the physical and fiscal viability related to new cemetery development or expansion activities, addition of services, lot recoveries, land acquisition or sell-off decisions, for financing purposes, and for communications to Boards of Directors or Municipal Councils, etc., to facilitate informed decisions governing their cemetery.
