  These entail assessment of a proposed cemetery site's physical opportunities/limitations; the fiscal benefits/detriments, regulatory/zoning constraints/opportunities, etc., to establish a need for possible success of developing a new cemetery; expansion of an existing cemetery; or re-development of an abandoned cemetery, etc.
• CEMETERY MASTER PLANS
  Providing guidelines for short and long term physical/financial development of a new and/or existing cemetery facility.
• FINANCIAL/BUSINESS PLANS
  Review and assessment of a cemetery's existing operation and/or a projected circumstance for a new facility to best advise on costs of operation, revenue enhancement, marketing approaches, etc.

  For historic cemeteries(and/or abandoned cemetery sites).
• DETAIL SITE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS/SPECIFICATIONS
  To facilitate an overall cemetery construction programme and/or detailed facility designs (i.e. special memorial areas/interment gardens/columbarium facilities, etc., includes infrastructure design/layout, grading plans, site services, planting plans, irrigation, etc.).
• CEMETERY PLOT/LOT LAYOUT DESIGN
  To maximize effective, cost reduced maintenance activities, provide attractive interment alternatives and optimize land use for burial purposes
• Attaining Ministry and/or Governmental Agency Approvals for various aspects of Cemetery.
